Hanky Panky

A tasty appetizer recipe of party rye breads with a mixture of ground beef, sausage, american cheese, oregano and Southwest Dip spread on top.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. Ground beef
  • 1/2 lb. Sausage
  • 1/2 lb. American cheese, packaged, cubed
  • 4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Southwest Dip
  • 1 tsp. Oregano, dried
  • 1 package Party rye bread
  • Directions
    1. Brown the ground beef and sausage in a frying pan. Drain excess fat. Add cheese, Southwest Dip and oregano to ground meat and heat until cheese melts.
    2. Spread even amounts onto the top of rye breads. Place in a 350 degrees F oven and bake for 5-8 minutes. Yields 24-28 appetizers.
