Ground Turkey Meatballs with Ginger Peach Salsa

Turkey meatballs are given some added flavor from our Ginger Peach Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, unflavored
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. Pine nuts
  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Ginger Peach Salsa
  • 1 Egg
  • Coconut, shredded
  • Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients together. Form meat into 1 inch balls. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Bake at 350 degrees F. Yields 4 servings.
