Limon Pepper Grilled Zucchini

A fantastic veggie recipe featuring our Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub.

Ingredients

Directions
1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into two pieces. Coat lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
2. Place on the grill cut side down and cook for a couple of minutes. Turn the squash over and then sprinkle some Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub on top. Let them grill for another minute or two.
