Grilled Sea Scallops over Micro Green Salad

This unique salad is dressed with our Wasabi Oil Infused with Wasabi for a taste like no other.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Wasabi Oil Infused with Wasabi
  • 8-10 large Sea scallops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Wasabi Oil Infused with Wasabi
  • Directions
    1. Brush sea scallops lightly with Wasabi Oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill scallops for 4-6 minutes on each side.
    2. Meanwhile, whisk together the lime juice and cilantro in a bowl. While whisking, slowly drizzle the Wasabi Oil into mixture to form dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Dress some micro greens with dressing and place in center of serving plate. Arrange grilled scallops around micro green salad.
