Green Chile Roast Pork

Pork loin is given some much needed flavor with our Green Chile Pepper Dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Green Chile Pepper Dip
  • 3 lbs. Pork loin, seared
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Sear all sides of pork loin over direct heat until brown. Remove from direct heat and roast over indirect heat for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F.
    2. Slice and top with Green Chile Pepper Dip.
