Green Chile Cheese Bread

French bread is topped with a mixture of bacon, tomato, chihuahua cheese and our Green Chile Pepper Dip for a great flavor sensation.

Ingredients

  • 1 small loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Green Chile Pepper Dip
  • 1/4 cup Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup Chihuahua cheese
  • Directions
    1. Lightly brush bread with olive oil and toast until golden brown. Mix remaining ingredients and top bread.
    2. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 4 minutes until cheese is melted.
