Green Beans a la Zip

Green beans are zipped into flavor with our Chop House Steak & Beef Rub.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Green beans, fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 8-10 oz. Mushrooms, assorted
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Chop House Steak & Beef Rub
  • Directions
    1. Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add green beans and boil for 5-7 minutes. Drain beans in sieve.
    2. Heat butter in a large frying pan. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add green beans and pine nuts.
    3. Season with Chop House Steak & Beef Rub and cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms and beans are tender.
