Garlic Parmesan Lotus Root Chips

These tasty chips feature Garlic Oil Infused with Fresh Garlic and grated parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Lotus root, peeled
  • 1 bottle Robert Rothschild Farm Garlic Oil Infused with Fresh Garlic
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Slice lotus root into very thin slices. Heat 1/4 inch thick layer of Garlic Oil in a medium frying pan. Add sliced lotus root in batches into hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
    2. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Season immediately with salt and pepper and grated parmesan cheese.
