Four Cheese Spicy Crab Dip

These four cheese dip features Monterey Jack, asiago, goat cheese and parmesan cheese alongside our Jalapeno Pepper Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Jalapeno Pepper Dip
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. Goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 Red onion, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 loaf French bread
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, Jalapeno Pepper Dip, cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, lemon juice and pepper. Place mixture into an ovenproof dish that will work for serving. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in the oven. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top. Serve with toasted French bread slices.
