Fiery Cajun Shrimp

This hot cajun shrimp recipe features our Fiery Raspberry Salsa.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Fiery Raspberry Salsa
  • 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Hot sauce
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 5 lbs. Shrimp, unpeeled
  • 2 Lemons, thinly sliced
  • Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients but shrimp and lemon slices in melted butter. Put half the shrimp in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan, pour half the sauce mixture over the shrimp. Put half the lemon slices on top. Place the rest of the shrimp, sauce and lemon slices on top of the first layer.
    2. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, stirring twice. Pour sauce into individual serving bowls. Serve with French bread for dipping.
