Fennel Herb Roasted Chicken

Chicken, onion and oranges are given some much need flavor with our Fennel Herb Pork & Beef Rub.

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken, whole
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Fennel Herb Pork & Beef Rub
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 Onion, peeled, quartered
  • 1 Orange, whole, split
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rub chicken with oil and Fennel Herb Pork & Beef Rub. Place onion pieces and split orange in cavity.
    2. Bake for 40 minutes or until chicken is done and golden brown.
