Fennel Chicken with Artichokes

A delicious chicken recipe made all the better with our Fennel Herb Pork & Beef Rub.

Ingredients

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Heat oil in an oven proof skillet and sear chicken on each side.
2. Add Fennel Herb Pork & Beef Rub and artichokes. Sear for 1 minute. Add butter and melt slightly.
3. Bake in an 300 degrees F oven for 10 minutes or until chicken is fully finished inside.
4. Serve with diced green onions as a garnish. This is great served with rice pilaf and asparagus.
