Easy Mustard Glaze with Raspberry Honey Mustard

A wonderful mustard glaze for meats featuring our Raspberry Honey Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard, dry
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • As needed Fine fresh breadcrumbs
  • Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs together. Remove ham from oven in its last 20 minutes of cooking time. Spread mustard coating on top and sides. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
