Dried Beef Logs for Trees

Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip and cream cheese are rolled up in pieces of beef to make these tasty beef logs.

1. Combine 4 tablespoons of Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip with 16 oz. softened cream cheese. Carefully spread mixture on each piece of beef. Roll to form log and refrigerate. It is not necessary to chill, just makes easier to cut in half. Can make in advance and add to tree before serving.
2. To cover tree, wrap with plastic wrap and coat with softened cream cheese and roll in chopped parsley. To assemble tree, spear each log with a frilled toothpick and push into wrapped tree. Add olives to some spears for color.
