Deviled Eggs with Raspberry Chipotle Salsa

Our Raspberry Chipotle Salsa gives these deviled eggs and definite kick.

Ingredients

  • 12 Eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Salsa
  • 1 tsp. White vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Place eggs in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover the eggs by 1 inch. Bring the water to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes. Remove the eggs from heat, cover with lid and let sit for 15 minutes. Drain water and rinse under cool water to stop the eggs from cooking.
    2. Peel eggs when completely cooled. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, Raspberry Chipotle Salsa, vinegar, salt and pepper to yolks. Whisk until smooth.
    3. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg halves. Top egg yolk mixture with a very tiny amount of Raspberry Chipotle Salsa to garnish.
