Creamy Raspberry Dressing

A unique dressing featuring both our Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce and Apricot Ginger Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Red Raspberry Gourmet Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Ginger Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
  • 1 small clove Garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Fresh raspberries
  • Directions
    1. Peel and halve potatoes. In boiling water, cook until tender. Drain potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces and add to bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix gently. Chill until ready to serve
    2. Start motor and slowly pour in the oil in a steady stream. Add salt and pepper. Chill. Toss with any salad greens or fruit, garnishing the salad with fresh raspberries. Yield: 1 3/4 cups dressing.
