Cranberry Pomegranate Glazed Ham

A wonderful ham recipe featuring two of our products - Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves and Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 7-10 lbs. Ham, fully cooked, spiral-cut, smoked
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Cranberry Pomegranate Preserves
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Orange liqueur, Grand Marnier
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Place ham in a large roasting pan with a 1/4 inch water at the bottom.
    2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour over ham to coat all surfaces.
    3. Place covered in a 350 degrees F oven for 45-60 minutes (depending on weight of ham). Brush with glaze every 10-15 minutes. Remove cover, glaze and cook an additional 15-20 minutes.
