Crab Stuffed Jalapenos

Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread make these crab stuffed jalapenos irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Jalapenos, whole
  • 1/2 cup Crabmeat or shrimp, minced
  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Slice whole jalapeƱos in half and remove seeds and white membranes.
    2. Place crabmeat in a medium mixing bowl and pick through meat to remove any excess shells. Add Spicy Tuscan Olive Cream Cheese Spread and mix together well. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Fill each jalapeƱo half with crab filling. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a 375 degrees F oven for 12-15 minutes until jalapenos are tender.
