Crab Dip

This unbelievable crab dip features our Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball alongside crabmeat, green onion, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Crabmeat
  • 4 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball
  • 1 Green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Place crabmeat in a bowl and sift through to remove any pieces of shell. Place 1/2 crabmeat and the Hot Pepper Peach Cheese Ball in a food processor. Puree until mixture is smooth.
    2. Fold in the remaining crabmeat and chopped green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
    3. Serve with Gourmet Pretzel Dippers, Tortilla Chips or crackers.
