Chunky Cheese Dip with Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves

This cheese dip consists of cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pecans, green onions and Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 5-6 tsp. Mayonnaise, more if you prefer
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves
  • 2 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 6 Green onions, chopped
  • Directions
    1. Mix all ingredients except Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves into a bowl. Put into a 9 inch pie plate. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cover onto a plate. Spread Hot Pepper Berry Patch Preserves on top. Serve with crackers. Enjoy!
