Chocolate Fudge Filled Puffs

These devilishly delicious puffs are filled with our Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dip
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • Directions
    1. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour and stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minutes or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
    2. Beat in eggs, all at one time. Continue to beat until smooth.
    3. Drop by teaspoon or tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Cream puff will increase 2-3 times in size when baking. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
    4. Fill puff with Chocolate Fudge Pretzel Dip by poking a hole in the puff and, using a pastry bag, squeezing in filling. Refrigerate, or freeze until serving.
