Chocolate Espresso Rice Cereal Treats

Rice cereal treats get the royal treatment with our Chocolate Espresso Dip.

1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and stir over heat until fully melted. Add the Chocolate Espresso Dip and mix until well combined.
2. Remove from heat and fold in the rice cereal. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter on bottom and sides. Pour rice mixture into baking dish and spread out evenly (use wax paper to flatten with hands without sticking). Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
