Chocolate Caramel Decadence

A lovely layered dessert featuring chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, milk, whipped topping, crushed candy bars and our Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate cake
  • 2 packages Chocolate mousse
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip
  • 12 oz. Whipped topping
  • 2 Candy bars, crushed into small pieces
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Make chocolate cake according to box instructions. Once baked, remove from oven to cool.
    2. Make chocolate mousse with milk according to box instructions.
    3. Break pieces of chocolate cake into the bottom of a trifle dish about 1-2 inches high. Spoon 1/3 of the chocolate mousse over the chocolate cake.
    4. Drizzle 4-5 Tbsp. of the Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip over mousse. Spread 1/3 of whipped topping over the caramel sauce. Finally, sprinkle some candy bar pieces over whipped topping. Repeat for two more layers.
