Chipotle Ranch Potato Wedges

A tasty and easy appetizer featuring our Chipotle Ranch Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Cornflakes, crushed
  • 2 each Potato wedges, medium
  • Directions
    1. Toss potatoes in Chipotle Ranch Dressing then roll in cornflake mixture.
    2. Bake in a shallow baking dish at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until tender and brown.
      4. Serve with more Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
