Chipotle Ranch Jalapeno Poppers

A fun appetizer featuring out Chipotle Ranch Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 each Jalapeño peppers, medium
  • 1/2 cup Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • 4 each Eggs, whisked
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Directions
    1. Mix cream cheese with 1/4 cup of Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
    2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, remove stems and seeds.
    3. Fill each pepper half with cream cheese and dressing mixture. Dip each in egg wash, then into breadcrumbs.
    4. Deep fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
