Chipotle Peach Chocolate Squares

A different and unique dessert recipe featuring our Hot Pepper Peach Chipotle Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Peach Chipotle Sauce
  • Chocolate chips
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Thaw out 1 sheet of puff pastry and roll out onto counter or cutting board. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, push down in center with thumb and pull up sides to form cup shape.
    2. Spoon a little Hot Pepper Peach Chipotle Sauce into middle of each cup. Top with 3-4 chocolate chip morsels.
    3. Bake in oven for about 10-12 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Best served warm. Yields 28-32 squares.
