Chilled Strawberry Soup Sippers

This tasty little sippers feature our Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves, strawberries, sugar, white wine and vanilla yogurt.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Strawberries, cleaned, hulled, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. White wine
  • 1 cup French vanilla yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves
  • Directions
    1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar and white wine. Marinate for at least 1 hour up to 24 hours.
    2. In a food processor, puree the strawberries, their liquid, yogurt and Hot Pepper Raspberry Preserves (may need to puree in batches). Strain through a sieve into a large bowl and chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    3. To serve, pour soup in very small cups, espresso cups or shot glasses. Place on a platter to serve. Yields: 2 cups of soup.
