Caribbean Chicken Skewers

These skewers feature chicken, pineapple, bell peppers, onion and our Caribbean Jerk Rub.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Chicken, 1 inch cubed
  • 1 cup Pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Bell peppers, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Onion, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Caribbean Jerk Rub
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • Directions
    1. Skewer all ingredients. Coat evenly with Caribbean Jerk Rub and then coat generously with oil. Grill and serve.
    2. Great served with Robert Rothschild Farm Roasted Pineapple & Habanero Dip.
