Caribbean Jerk Pork Subs

A scrumptious sub recipe featuring our Caribbean Jerk Fish & Poultry Rub.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Pork, shredded, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Caribbean Jerk Fish & Poultry Rub
  • 1 cup Favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup Onion, sliced thin
  • 8 Pickle chips
  • 4 Sub rolls
  • 8 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • Directions
    1. Spread inside of each slice of bread with mayonnaise and place face down on a griddle or pan on medium heat.
    2. In a separate pan, heat pork with Caribbean Jerk Fish & Poultry Rub, BBQ sauce and onion. Cook until the bread is toasted and caramelized.
    3. Fill each sub roll with 1/4 of the meat mixture and two pickle chips.
