Caribbean Jerk Pork Subs

A scrumptious sub recipe featuring our Caribbean Jerk Rub.

Ingredients

Directions
1. Spread inside of each slice of bread with mayonnaise and place face down on a griddle or pan on medium heat.
2. In a separate pan, heat pork with Caribbean Jerk Rub, BBQ sauce and onion. Cook until the bread is toasted and caramelized.
3. Fill each sub roll with 1/4 of the meat mixture and two pickle chips.
4. This is great with a little Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Mustard.
