Carbon Shrimp Quesadillas

This mouth-watering quesadillas are layered with shrimp, chihuahua cheese, bacon and our Green Chile Pepper Dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Green Chile Pepper Dip
  • 4 oz. Shrimp, cooked, chopped
  • 6 oz. Chihuahua cheese
  • 2 oz. Bacon, cooked, diced
  • 1 Flour tortilla, 12 inch
  • 2 oz. Butter, melted
  • Directions
    1. Lightly brush melted butter on one side of flour tortilla. Layer all ingredients on half of the unbuttered side of the tortilla.
    2. Fold tortilla in half and grill or cook in skillet. Serve with favorite dipping sauces.
