Caramelized Onion Glazed Ham

This juicy ham recipe is given some added flavor with our Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 Country or city ham
  • 8 oz. Robert Rothschild Farm Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread
  • Directions
    1. Lightly score the surface of the ham. Cook ham according to directions. 30 minutes prior to completion, light coat ham with Caramelized Onion Balsamic Spread. Repeat after 15 minutes.
    2. Remove ham from oven once internal center temperature reaches 150 degrees F.
    3. For more intense flavor, begin glazing ham earlier.
