Caramel Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Pork chops are stuffed with a mixture of butter, onion, celery, apples and Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Yellow onion, diced small
  • 1/4 cup Celery, diced small
  • 2 cups Granny Smith apples, diced small
  • 3 cups Toasted or stale bread, diced
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 Pork chops, thick
  • Directions
    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, onion, celery, apples, bread, Cinnamon Bun Caramel Dessert Sauce & Dip, parsley, salt and pepper.
    2. Season each pork chop with salt and pepper. Cut pocket in side of each pork chop. Spoon stuffing mixture into each pork chop pocket.
    3. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Sear stuffed pork chops on each side, then place in a 400 degrees F oven for 20-22 minutes.
