Butter Herb Crust

A nice spread for various meats containing butter, breadcrumbs and any one of our Bread Dipping Spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs, unseasoned
  • 2 Tbsp. Any Robert Rothschild Farm Bread Dipping Spices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. Cream butter with a hand mixer in a medium mixing bowl. Mix in the breadcrumbs, Bread Dipping Spices and salt and pepper.
    2. Spread evenly on various meats like lamb, chicken or fish before roasting in the oven.
