Buffalo Bleu Shrimp Salad

A wonderful shrimp salad featuring shrimp, romaine lettuce, roma tomato wedges, cucumber slices, bleu cheese crumbles and our Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 4 Shrimp, deveined, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing
  • 6 oz. Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, wedged
  • 4 slices Cucumber
  • 2 oz. Bleu cheese, crumbled
  • Directions
    1. Marinate shrimp in 2 tablespoons of Buffalo Bleu Cheese Dressing for 2 hours. Cook on grill or skillet for 4 minutes or until done.
    2. Toss romaine lettuce with remaining dressing and plate. Add tomatoes and cucumbers. Top with warm shrimp and bleu cheese crumbles.
