Broiled Salmon with Mustard Sauce

Broiled salmon is slathered with a sauce containing sour cream, onions, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt, pepper and Raspberry Honey Mustard.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup White wine, dry
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Sour cream at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, minced, both white and green parts
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried marjoram, crushed
  • Directions
    1. In a shallow dish combine wine, milk, salt and pepper. Add salmon and marinate at room temperature for 2 hours.
    2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, onions, Raspberry Honey Mustard, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper. Set aside.
    3. Preheat broiler. Drain salmon and place in foil lined shallow ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 6 inches below heat for 5-7 minutes. Turn. Spread salmon with sauce. Return to broiler for 5 minutes. Serve any remaining sauce separately.
