Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail

A fun bloody mary cocktail recipe featuring our Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jumbo shrimp, peeled, with tails
  • 1 cup Cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Vodka
  • 4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • As needed Marinated green beans or olives on picks
  • Directions
    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix vodka and cocktail sauce. Set aside.
    2. Toss shrimp in oil and Limon Pepper Meat, Fish & Poultry Rub. Bake at 400 degrees F until totally cooked.
    3. Place cocktail sauce in a martini glass. Top with a few shrimp and bloody Mary cocktail sauce. Garnish with beans or olives on toothpicks and serve.
    4. This can be garnished with any of your favorite bloody Mary garnished.
