Blazing Grilled Shrimp

'Blazing' is right since this recipe calls for our Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Large shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail left on
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 4 cloves or 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 tsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, chopped
  • Directions
    1. Peel and devein shrimp. Leave the tail on to serve as a handle.
    2. Place remaining ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour contents from blender over shrimp in a non-metal container and marinate for at least an hour or as long as 6 hours.
    3. Grill over a hot fire or under a preheated broiler, basting occasionally until done, about 5 minutes.
    4. Try skewering the shrimp with chunks of vegetables. When done adding vegetables, baste with additional Hot Raspberry Thunder Sauce for an extra sizzling taste.
