Baked Tandoori Chicken

A exquisite baked chicken recipe featuring out Tandoori Indian Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Chicken, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1 large Potato, cubed
  • 1 Red pepper, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Tandoori Indian Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Sauté chicken and potatoes in oil till 2/3 done. Add onion and pepper till chicken is finished and onion and pepper are crisp tender.
    2. Place chicken mixture in a clay or glass casserole dish, top with Tandoori Indian Sauce and cover.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees F until sauce bubbles through and potatoes are tender.
