Bacon Horseradish Dip

Perfect served with various cut vegetables, this mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon, shallots and Horseradish Mustard is the tops.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2-3 slices Bacon, cooked, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Shallots, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Horseradish Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions
    1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Place in a serving bowl.
    2. Perfect served with various cut vegetables like mushrooms, peppers, carrots and celery. Also makes a great spread for sandwiches.
