BLT with Basil Mayo

Mayonnaise is pureed with basil, salt, pepper and Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip for a delicious spread on a BLT sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste, about a handful
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Prosciutto or bacon
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Cocktail bread, rye, wheat or white
  • Directions
    1. In a food processor, puree the mayonnaise, Raspberry Honey Mustard Pretzel Dip, basil, salt and pepper together. Cut prosciutto into quarters. Place lettuce and thin slices of cherry tomato on top of prosciutto, then fold over prosciutto. Spread mayonnaise on bread and place folded prosciutto on top of bread. Can be served open face or as mini sandwich.
