Asian Slaw with Soy Nuts and Peanut Ginger Dressing

A tasteful slaw featuring napa cabbage, red pepper, carrots, jicama, snow pea shoots, soy nuts and Peanut Ginger Dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 small Napa cabbage, julienne
  • 1 Red pepper, seeded, julienne
  • 1 lb. Carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 1 lb. Jicama, julienne
  • 4 oz. Snow pea shoots, may substitute with any sprout of choice
  • 1/2 cup Soy nuts
  • To taste Robert Rothschild Farm Peanut Ginger Dressing
  • Directions
    1. Place vegetables in a large serving bowl and toss with dressing. Serve.
