Apricot and Anna Mae's BBQ Ribs

A delectable BBQ ribs recipe featuring two our products - Apricot Spread and Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 qt. Water
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cayenne pepper
  • 2 slabs Baby Back Ribs, 1 1/2 lbs.
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Spread
  • 1/2 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce
  • Directions
    1. Place water in a large baking dish, place in oven and preheat to 300 degrees F.
    2. Mix brown sugar and cayenne pepper and evenly sprinkle over ribs. Place ribs on a baking sheet and cook for 4 hours.
    3. Combine Apricot Spread and Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce until smooth.
    4. Remove ribs from oven, set oven to broil and smother ribs in sauce. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
