Apricot Mango Wasabi Mushrooms

Mushrooms are cooked in a skillet and topped with Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce and grated cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 Portabella mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 4 Tbsp. Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Mango Wasabi Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • Directions
    1. Slice mushrooms about 1/2 inch thick or less.
    2. Melt butter in an iron skillet. When hot, add mushrooms. Cook until golden brown, turning occasionally.
    3. When the mushrooms are just about fully cooked, spoon sauce onto each mushroom. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt.
    4. Serve immediately.
