Apricot Ginger Chicken Wings

Chicken drummettes are marinaded in a tasty mixture made up of Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce, sherry, lemon juice and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry, dry
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken drummettes
  • Directions
    1. Mix Apricot Ginger Oven & Grill Sauce, sherry, lemon juice and garlic. Add chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.
    2. Lift chicken from marinade. Place on a greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of coals. Cook, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade, until meat near the bone is no longer pink when cut (about 12 minutes).
    3. This can also be accomplished in the oven, bake at 375 degrees F for about 20-30 minutes, turning to coat as above.
