Apricot Cheese Fondue

A fun and delicious cheese fondue featuring our Apricot Spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rose wine
  • 1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Apricot Spread
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese
  • 2 cups Mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. Cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. Triple Sec
  • Directions
    1. Bring wine to a simmer and whisk in Apricot Spread. Slowly combine cheeses with wine.
    2. Combine cornstarch and Triple Sec to form a slurry. Slowly incorporate slurry into wine and cheese mix. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles.
