Anna Mae's Pork Chops with Grilled Asparagus

There's nothing better than pork chops with Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce paired with grilled asparagus with Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce.

Ingredients

  • For Pork Chops:
  • 4 Pork loin or rib chops, 3/4 inch thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae's Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For Grilled Asparagus:
  • 1 lb. Fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce
  • Directions
    1. For Pork Chops: Season pork chops with a little salt and pepper and brush with oil. Grill on each side for 2 minutes. Brush with Anna Mae’ Smoky Sweet Oven & Grill Sauce and continue to grill until cooked to desired doneness.
    2. For Grilled Asparagus: Preheat grill for high heat. Lightly coat the asparagus spears with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill over high heat for 2-3 minutes, or to desired tenderness. Drizzle with Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce.
